1. Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or major sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
AmandaShop partners with trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders efficiently and safely. We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days):
- Available for most orders within the United States.
- Delivery times depend on your location and carrier schedules.
- Flat-rate or weight-based fees may apply based on order size.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days):
- Faster delivery option for urgent orders.
- Additional shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
Local & Oversized Delivery (7–10 Business Days):
- Certain furniture or large items (e.g., bar stools, counter stools) may be delivered by a freight carrier or specialized service.
- Delivery scheduling and tracking updates will be provided.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for these deliveries.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination location
- Order weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check the homepage or promotional banners for current deals.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

5. Delivery Issues
a. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. AmandaShop is not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect shipping addresses
- Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts
- Fees incurred from reshipping to corrected addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
b. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While most shipments arrive on time, unforeseen delays (weather, carrier issues, etc.) can happen. If your order appears delayed or lost:
- Check the tracking status.
- Contact the shipping carrier for more information.
- If unresolved, contact our support team and we’ll investigate and assist with a resolution.
c. Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive an order with missing or damaged items:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@amandashop.site.
- Include your order number and photos of the package and items.
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.
6. International Shipping
At this time, AmandaShop only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our service to international customers in the future. Stay tuned!
7. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If a product is on pre-order or backorder, this will be clearly stated on the product page. Estimated shipping times will be provided, and you will be notified once your order is ready to ship.
Please note: Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
8. Shipping During Peak Seasons
During holidays or major sales events, shipping carriers may experience increased volume and delays. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid disappointment.
